Recreation
Evergreen was formed in 2006 by partners each with more than 20
years of experience working for the top environmental
engineering firms in the region. The following projects were
conducted by principals of Evergreen prior to joining Evergreen.
Redskins
Stadium, Redskins Stadium, Inc., Landover, MD.
Environmental Scientist on this project which included civil
engineering, surveying, environmental, landscape architecture,
and transportation services on this fast-track project. Work
includes conceptual engineering through construction
documentation services for all on-site and off-site related
improvements. Special design consideration was given to the
on-site historic fossil area and the buffering of adjacent
residential areas.
Prince George’s
Stadium, Maryland Baseball, Bowie, MD. Environmental
Scientist on this project which included civil engineering,
environmental, surveying, and tree conservation services for
this 8000-seat, 65,720-sf, Triple A baseball stadium located in
suburban Maryland. The 25-acre project site is surrounded by
environmentally sensitive floodplain and wetland areas. The
native woodland was preserved and serves as the backdrop for
this picturesque ballpark.
